TERMS OF SERVICE

Version 1.0 · in force from 12 August 2026

These are the rules for buying from Optimum Solutions and using what you buy. They are written in plain English because you are expected to read them, and because a term nobody understands is a term we end up arguing about.

The short version: you are renting time-limited access to software that breaks the rules of the games it works with, on one machine at a time, paid for up front and never charged again automatically. If a game bans your account, that is the risk you took and we do not refund it. Everything below says the same things at greater length.

1

Who we are and what this covers

Optimum Solutions sells game enhancement software and firmware as time-limited licences. "We" and "us" mean Optimum Solutions; "you" means the person holding the account. If you need our full business details, ask in a ticket and we will give them to you.

These Terms cover the website, your account, anything you buy from us and anything you download from us. Two other documents sit alongside them and form part of the same agreement: the Refund Policy, which says when money comes back, and the Privacy Policy, which says what we store about you. Both are linked from the sidebar of this page.

Support is handled through the ticket system on your dashboard, and through our Discord server. We do not take support by email or by direct message — a ticket is tied to your account and your order history, so the person answering it can see the same thing you can.

2

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

You must not buy from us on behalf of somebody else without telling us, and you must not buy from us if doing so is against the law where you are.

One account is one person. Accounts are not shared, sold or transferred, and the hardware binding described below exists to enforce exactly that.

3

The risk you are taking: your game account can be banned

Read this part twice. It is the most important thing on this page.

Our software breaks the terms of service of the games it works with. Using it can get your game account suspended or permanently banned, can get your hardware or your account flagged, and can cost you everything on that account — purchases, ranks, inventory, playtime. That outcome is entirely in the hands of the game publisher and their anti-cheat, and it is not something we control, influence or get advance warning of.

We do not promise that any product is undetected, and we never will. What we publish on the Status page is the detection status we have as of the day we typed it, which is a statement about our knowledge and not a guarantee about tomorrow. Anyone in this market who promises you an unbannable product is lying to you.

A ban is not a fault in the product and is not refundable. The Refund Policy sets that out in full, including the narrow circumstances where we will do something about it anyway. If that trade is not one you want to make, do not buy — and we would much rather you decided that here than after the fact.

4

What you are actually buying

You are buying a licence to use the software for a period of time. You are not buying the software itself, and nothing you buy transfers any ownership of it to you.

Most plans are dated — 7, 30 or 90 days are the usual lengths, and the exact term is on the plan you pick at checkout. Some plans are lifetime, which means the licence has no expiry date and lasts as long as we sell and support that product. Firmware is sold as a one-off purchase rather than as a dated term.

A licence is bound to one machine. The first time you launch the software it records a fingerprint of the hardware it is running on, and after that it will only run on that machine. That binding is the whole of how one licence stays one licence.

Buying more time for a product you already hold adds the days onto the end of what you have. It does not start a second licence and it does not stack two subscriptions.

5

Moving to a new machine

Device resets are done by our staff, not by a button. There is no self-service reset and there has not been one for some time — a reset that anyone can press at any moment is an account-sharing button with a friendlier label.

To move a licence to a different machine, open a support ticket under the "HWID reset" category. Your device list comes to the agent with the ticket, so you do not need to find or copy a hardware ID. We release the binding once we are satisfied the account is yours, and the next launch binds to whatever machine you run it on.

There is a cooldown of 14 days between resets on the same subscription. Staff can override it where there is a good reason — a dead motherboard is a good reason, four resets in a fortnight is not — and every reset is recorded against the account.

6

Prices, payment and what happens after you pay

Prices are in euro and include any tax we are required to charge. The figure shown on the checkout page is the figure taken. If a price or a discount moves between the page loading and you pressing the button, the order is refused and re-priced rather than charged at a number you did not agree to.

You can pay with cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum or Solana — or from your Optimum Solutions balance where you hold one. Which methods appear depends on what is in your basket and what is switched on at the time.

We never see or store your card or bank details. There is nowhere in our systems to put them.

Paying from balance completes immediately and your access is live at once. A balance pays for an order in full or not at all; we do not split one payment across two methods.

7

Nothing renews automatically. Ever

We do not store a payment method and we never charge you a second time. There is no recurring billing anywhere on this platform, no card on file, and no mechanism that could take money from you without you starting it.

A subscription here is simply a block of time. When it runs out, access stops. If you want more, you buy more — deliberately, at checkout, the same way you bought the first block.

We send two emails about it: one a few days before your access ends, and one after it has. Both are notices, not invoices. Neither of them charges anything and neither of them can.

8

Paying in cryptocurrency

Crypto payments are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast, neither we nor anybody else can reverse it, and any refund is a separate payment we make by hand. Please check the amount and the address before you send.

When you choose to pay in coin we quote you an exact amount and lock the exchange rate for 60 minutes. The amount is exact to the smallest unit of that coin deliberately: we tell payments apart by their amount, so sending a different figure is what causes almost every problem on this page.

  • Send exactly the quoted amount. Some wallets deduct the network fee from what you send rather than adding it on top. If yours does, raise the amount so that the figure which arrives is the one we asked for.
  • Confirmations. We credit a payment once it has enough confirmations on its chain. The number depends on the coin and is shown on your payment page while you wait — 2 for Bitcoin and 6 for Litecoin are the usual settings. The requirement is fixed at the moment you start the payment, so changing it later never moves the bar on a payment already in flight.
  • If the quote expires. The 60-minute countdown stops the page offering the payment; it does not throw your money away. For 48 hours after the payment was created we will still match a transaction to it and credit you, which covers the overwhelming majority of late payments.
  • If you pay after those 48 hours, or pay the wrong amount, or pay from an exchange that splits the transfer, the payment stops matching automatically — but it is not lost. Every transaction that arrives at our addresses is recorded whether it matches anything or not, so open a ticket with the transaction ID and we will find it and apply it by hand.
  • If you underpay and we apply it by hand, the euro value of what actually arrived goes to your balance and the order stays undelivered. We cannot deliver most of a licence. Top the balance up and the order goes through.
  • If you overpay, the order is settled for what it cost and the extra goes to your balance for you to spend on anything.
9

Your balance

A balance is money we are holding for you. It can pay for anything on the site.

It is not a bank account and it does not earn anything. We do not currently offer withdrawals back off the platform as a self-service feature — if you have a balance you want back, open a ticket and ask, and we will deal with it by hand.

10

Delivery, updates and availability

Access appears in your dashboard as soon as the payment settles. Software products are downloaded from there; firmware is dealt with through a ticket after purchase.

Updates during your term are included. We push them when a game patch or a detection event makes them necessary, which is usually days rather than weeks, and sometimes means a product is unavailable while it is being rebuilt.

We do not promise a level of uptime, and the figures on the Status page are the ones we publish rather than the output of a monitoring system. If a product is down, it is down, and we will say so there.

We can withdraw a product from sale at any time. Doing that does not cancel licences that are already running — your term continues — but it does mean you will not be able to buy more of it.

11

What you may not do

  • Share, resell, lend or give away your licence or your account. Resellers are a separate arrangement we set up deliberately; if you have not been set one up, you are not one.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, repackage or redistribute anything we give you.
  • Try to defeat the licence check, the hardware binding or the session check, or run the software on a machine it is not licensed for.
  • Use anything you get from us to attack, disrupt or gain access to somebody else's systems or accounts. This is game software, not a toolkit for going after people.
  • Abuse the payment system, including opening a chargeback or a payment dispute without talking to us first.
  • Harass our staff or other customers in tickets or on Discord.
12

Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Where it is proportionate we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it; where it is fraud, a chargeback, or a licence being shared around, we will not.

Suspension stops the software authorising, stops downloads and ends any live session, in the same instant. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the time remaining, and if the reason for it was something you did, you should not expect one.

You can stop using the service whenever you like. Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel: simply do not buy again, and your access ends when the time you paid for does.

13

What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We are responsible for providing what you paid for: a working licence, for the term you bought, to the product you bought. If we fail at that and cannot put it right, the Refund Policy says what happens.

We are not responsible for what a game publisher does to your account. Bans, suspensions, hardware flags, lost purchases, lost ranks and lost progress are the risk of using this category of software, that risk is stated plainly above and on the product pages, and it is the risk you accept when you buy.

We are not responsible for anything that happens because you used the software in a way these Terms forbid, for problems caused by other software on your machine, or for losses we could not reasonably have seen coming.

Where we are liable for something, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the problem concerns, in the twelve months before it happened.

None of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not trying to exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any right you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.

14

Changes to these terms

We can change these Terms. When we do, the version number and the date at the top of this page change with them.

The version in force when you place an order is recorded against that order, along with the date and time, so what you agreed to is a matter of record rather than a matter of memory. A later change does not reach back and alter the terms of a purchase you have already made.

If a change matters — anything about refunds, about what we store, or about what you are allowed to do — we will say so rather than quietly reissuing the page.

15

Law and disputes

Talk to us first. Open a ticket, tell us what has gone wrong, and give us a chance to fix it. Almost everything is fixable that way and none of it needs a lawyer.

If a term of this agreement turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it stands.

Something here unclear?

Tell us before you buy rather than after. We would far rather fix a sentence than argue about one.
